Roguelike Rampage

Our Twitch channel:

I’ve been shouting this from the rooftops for weeks, but this announcement is especially for folks who aren’t able to watch my super late-night streams. This Friday, November 30th, will be our first-ever prime-time marathon stream! I’ll be live from 9am to 5pm PST, playing a boatload of roguelikes from our current Roguemas lineup and years past. That means recent stuff like Monolith, SYNTHETIK, and Slay the Spire, as well as older titles like Downwell, TowerClimb, and Enter the Gungeon. This is the perfect opportunity for new viewers to pop in and see what the stream’s all about, and backseat game me to your heart’s content.

That’s not all we’ll be doing in the roguelike space, either. I finished Hitman Season 1 just last night, and I’ve decided to co-opt the Monday streams for more roguelikes in preparation for Roguemas. So tomorrow night we’ll be playing Everspace, Friday is the marathon, and then from next week we’ll be doing roguelikes Mondays and Wednesdays until we get through the lineup. I might even have a few overflow titles to look at if we decide to get really crazy. Once Roguemas has concluded I’ll pick the Monday progression streams back up, hopefully with Celeste and maybe a few other platformers. Sometime in January or February I’ll be starting our next big progression game, Yakuza 0, which was highly requested among our viewers.

All of this has been possible because of the amazing support you’ve all given me on Twitch. Our follower goal to make the marathon stream happen was 100, and we’re already well past that. And assuming the marathon goes well, we’ll do another at the next follower goal so the more followers we rack up, the sooner that can happen! We’re also getting surprisingly close to our subscriber goal, which will allow me to add a fourth streaming night for Nintendo Switch and retro console games. I’ve been wanting to do that since I launched the channel, and we just need a few more subscribers to make it happen.

Whether you’re a viewer, follower, or subscriber, you have my heartfelt thanks for supporting me as I expand this little media empire. You’re seriously making my dreams come true here, and you can bet I’ll keep working as hard as I can to make my streams as fun and rewarding as can be. I’ll be looking forward to seeing you online!
