Weeklong Deals for 10/2/17

Did you think I would skip the Weeklong Deals just because I happen to be posting spooky reviews every day? I love these motley discounts too much to ever ignore them, so don’t you worry yourself about that. There’s plenty to talk about this week, too, from King’s Bounty to The Dream Machine to Zombie Driver. I also see three spooky games that are on my schedule for the month, so I’m going to kick them up to this week so you can pick them up if they sound fun to you. Spoiler alert, they probably won’t, but at least they’ll be twice as topical!

BLESSED

Refunct (Review) – Super simple first-person puzzle platformer with a lot of heart

Majesty Gold HD (Review) – Classic kingdom-ruler sim with loads of challenges

Hero of the Kingdom (review) – Wonderfully relaxing trading & clicking adventure

Letter Quest: Grimm’s Journey Remastered (Review) – Entertaining typing RPG with some decent variety

Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams (Review) – A perfectly solid platformer, if a bit long and dry

King’s Bounty: The Legend (Review) – Huge and expansive, this strategy RPG has plenty of charm, too

Zombie Driver HD (Review) – Like classic GTA but with clearer missions and more combat

Nihilumbra (Review) – Solid puzzle platformer with a cool painting mechanic

The Dream Machine (Review) – A fascinating and disturbing adventure into dream country

6180 the moon (Review) – It looks simple, but this puzzle platformer has some genius design hidden inside

CURSED

Neverending Nightmares (review) – They got the nightmare feel right, they just forgot to make it fun

Majesty 2 (Review) – Would be even better than the first if the difficulty curve wasn’t supremely messed up

Fancy Skulls (Review) – Another Early Access tragedy

Hektor (review) – There’s a hallway where you listen to a woman get raped forever
