Weeklong Deals for 6/17/19

It’s always a relief to see fresh, new Weeklong Deals come around, and I’m not just talking about a reshuffled list. Real gems that don’t show up often like Deep Sky Derelicts and the new hotness Nova Drift are discounted this week, along with quite a few other goodies. There’s also an absolute embarrassment of anime RPGMaker games on sale, which isn’t my scene and might never be but it could be yours! I won’t judge.

Oh, who am I kidding…

We’re saved!

Deep Sky Derelicts (Review) – Clever mashup of deckbuilding, turn-based combat, and team management with a cosmic horror flavor

Nova Drift (Review) – Now would be a really good time to get on one of the best Asteroids-style shooters ever made

Shadowrun Returns (review) – It’s the only one of the PC Shadowruns I’ve played, but it’s still not a bad place to start

Cogmind (Review) – An exceptionally good classic roguelike with an amazing self-building mech theme

Super Motherload (Review) – A quality revival of the classic Flash digging game

Odallus: The Dark Call (Review) – A dark gothic retro platformer that deserves to stand with the likes of Shovel Knight

Orbt XL (Review) – Cute little arcade join about keeping objects in orbit

Bit Blaster XL (Review) – Another quality shmup

Shotgun Legend (Review) – A charming homage to the original Zelda

Reveal The Deep (Review) –  Wonderfully atmospheric horror platformer at the bottom of the ocean

Dogolrax (Review) – You know what, you’re just gonna have to trust me on this one

FreeCell Quest (Review) – A thin RPG wrapper to keep you playing solitaire for the rest of your natural life

Cities in Motion (Review)- Very chill transport company management sim

Schein (review) – Stylish, clever, and brutally hard puzzle platformer

We’re doomed!

Majesty 2 (Review) – Almost a great follow-up to Majesty, except for being teeth-grindingly hard

Diamo XL (Review) – Pretty bad misstep in the arcade fun journey

STANDBY (Review) – One of the clunkiest challenge platformers I’ve ever played

Broken Armor (Review) – A retro adventure too retro for even me

Canyon Capers (Review) – I hate everything about this
